Spanish American War
The Spanish American War was like every early American War Fought in the north american continet. The key players in the war was Spain and its American Colonies Vs the USA. About 3,500 Americans died while about 60,000 Spanish died. When the U.S. went to war they promised Cuban independence but they are allowed to have a military base in Gutanamo Bay. The U.S. also gained Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines. The 26th president of the U.S. Theodore Roosevelt and his rought riders fought many battles in this war.
